Real estate market is flourishing at present, particularly in Canada. This is mainly because of the affordable home price.

Great news. It is interesting to see that even as far back as October the markets were beginning to recover. This trend will likely continue this throughout this year. For example, the Calgary real estate market is predicted to grow by 6.3% in price and 17.7% in sales; while only a modest increase it is a good sign of recovery.
